An excellent romantic suspense with a unique premise. The author did a great job of showing the feelings and angst of the teacher/adult student attraction. And the murder mystery added a creepy edge that kept me turning pages. The setting was well-developed and vivid. The author’s writing is engaging. Highly recommend!

The author weaves a harrowing, compelling story that opens with a hook and doesn’t let up. She must have done some deep research, because everything from the setting, to the plane, to the military aspects came across as very authentic. Her writing is so vivid, I actually felt like I was in the jungle. The emotion was tangible. I could feel Sloan’s grief over his sister. And the romance was passionate and perfectly developed. I highly recommend this fabulous novel.

Could not put this one down! I was so invested in the characters that I was actually tense worrying about them. The stakes keep rising higher as you go along, which is a bonus for a suspense. And the bad guy was so evil yet realistic. His scenes made chills run up my spine. The characters were fantastic and very relatable. The little boy was adorable. Loved the romance and the setting. Overall just a fabulous read.

I love novels with characters who have haunted/tragic pasts and the heroine and hero in this novel definitely did. The author did an excellent job of conveying the emotions and heartbreak. The romance was wonderful and very real. And, oh my gosh, the setting. I’ve never been to Hawaii and have always wanted to go. Reading this novel made me want to even more. I rooted for these two to help one another heal and find their happily ever after. Wonderful read…highly recommend.

A fantastic follow up to the previous book. The author blends historical and paranormal in an exciting, unique novel. The story is wicked and entertaining. I love the characters–each member of the investigative team has their own personality and they are all interesting and seem like real people. The historical aspects are very authentic. I was transported into another time. Overall, just a fabulous read.

A tense, emotional romantic suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The unique premise of the jewish faith aspect was very interesting and felt very authentic. The creepy stalker kept me biting my nails. And the sigh-worthy romance was the lovely icing on the cake. I adored this book and plan to read more by this talented author.

This book was so beautifully written, that it literally made me cry. The spiritual aspect was heartwarming and the author’s love for God really came through in the writing. The romance had just enough passion without being too explicit and was perfectly done. I loved, loved, the ranch setting and all the ‘western’ themes. The hero and heroine were sympathetic yet flawed and I fell instantly in  love with them. Wonderful Christian Cowboy Romance!

Love, love the setting, characters, the plot, and…everything. Such a wonderful, sexy, emotional read. It was a unique and refreshing change that the heroine was the one who rescued the hero. She was a strong, smart, capable woman. Loved the hero as well…he was sexy and funny and kind. They were both fantastic characters. The writing was engaging and vivid. Excellent book!

J.B. Dane is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Raven’s Moon had me turning pages, laughing and gasping throughout. Spooky yet amusing, this book is filled with interesting unique characters and tension. The writing was engaging and vivid and the world building was stellar. I enjoyed every second of this crazy ride and I am very much looking forward to more in this series.

I was intrigued by the title and cover but wasn’t sure what to expect. I was not disappointed, though. The story is unique and compelling and I loved the main character. The mystery was a nice touch but mostly the story was about Lucy and her righting her wrongs and putting her past to rest. The author painted a vivid picture of the village where the story was set as well as the characters. A truly engaging read that I very much enjoyed.
